Making a Complaint

You can submit your complaint via Live Chat, Email, Phone, Web Message, or Mail.

What Should You Provide? To ensure your complaint is resolved as quickly as possible, it is important that you provide as much information as possible, including: Your name, Your email address, Your four-digit security number, All details of your complaint. What Will We Do? Once your complaint is received, it will be assigned to a member of the Lodbet Customer Service team for review and resolution. We will try to respond within 48 hours.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can request an upgrade, which will be reviewed by a member of our Customer Service Management team. This should be considered Lodbet's final response.
